Solve for the 101st term of the sequence: 6-p, 4+p, 2+3p, 5p, … .

common difference = 4+p - (6-p)
= 4+p - 6 + p
= 2p - 2

term(101) = a+100d
= 6-p + 100(2p-2)
= 6-p + 200p - 200
= 199p - 194
