The sides are
a
b=a+12
c=b+24
d=c+36
So,
a+b+c+d = 136
a+b+c+c+36 = 136
a+b+2c = 100
a+b+2(b+24) = 100
a+b+2b+48 = 100
a+3b = 52
a+3(a+12) = 52
4a+36 = 52
4a = 16
a = 4
So, the sides are 4,16,40,76
a

So,
