Assuming it is a 20 m bridge.
Initial vertical velocity = 0
time to reach base = t
then
t=√(-2Δy/g)
=√(2*20/9.8)
=2.02 s
Horizontal distance
=2.02*35 m/s
=70.7 m approximately
