the density of a cube is measured by it's mass and length of it's side if the maximum error in the measurement of mass and length are 3% and 2% respectively. the maximum error in the measurement of density of cube is?

say the mass is 1 and the length is 1

if the length were 0.98, the volume would be .98^3 = .941
then if the mass were 1.03
density = mass/volume = 1.03/.941 = 1.094
or 9.4 percent greater
