I don't necessarily need an answer here... just a step in the right direction.
If you drive into a wall at 5 m/sec, rebound at 1 m/sec, and make contact with the wall for .15 sec, with what force did the wall exert on the car? (mass = 220 kg)
I can't really put my finger on it, I know it has to do with momentum and impulse, but I need some help. Thanks.

Force x time = momentum change.
The momentum change is M [V1-(-V2)]
= M (V1+V2)
They tell you the time interval that the force acts.
Solve for the (average) force.
