Focus on the intonation of the tag question. They are the same short dialogues. However, due to the difference of the intonation of the tag question, the meaning becomes different. If the tag question in each a sentence has a rising intonation, the speaker asks if it is right or not and wants to verify it. However, if the tag question in each sentence has a falling intonation, the speaker wants to get the agreement from the partner and wants to verify it, expecting the affirmative response.
