The same rule is used on each of these number column A to get the numbers in Column B.

COlumn A B
-3 -5
0 1
3 3
6 13

Which could be the rule?

Multiply by 2, then add 1
add 1
Subtract 2
Multiply by 3, then add 4

I picked that last one, But I know I am wrong. Help?
