first equation:
-2x - 2y = 4 ----> x+y = -2

2nd equation:
2y = -2x - 4
2x + 2y = -4
x + y = -2

looks like they are the same line, so you have one line
any ordered pair that works in one of them, will work in the other.
There will be an infinite number of solutions.
