Solve (z +2)^ 4/3 = 4 where z is a real number please helpp

(4/3)*Log(z+2) = Log 4
Log(z+2) = Log 4/(4/3)
Log(z+2) = (3/4)*Log 4 = 0.4515
10^(0.4515) = z+2
z+2 = 2.828
Z = 0.828
