1 mph = 5280*.3048/3600=0.44704 m/s
vi=50*.44704=22.352 m/s
vf=0
a=-10 m/s²
use kinematics equation
vf²=vi²+2aΔx
to solve for Δx.
Subtract Δx from 80m to get the distance from the wall.
