-4 = (1/4) (0) + b
b = -4
y = (1/4) x -4
or
4 y = x - 16 graph that line
b = -4
y = (1/4) x -4

but there is no graph on my paper showing that it only goes to -6

well, naturally, we have no way of knowing what graphs you have on your paper. Draw your own graph, and see whether it looks like one of your choices. The line naturally, does not stop at -6, though you don't even say whether that is x or y.
