Find the constant c such that the denominator divides evenly into the numerator.
(x^4 - 3x^2 + c)/( x+6)

I did a synthetic division (or you can do a long algebraic division) to get a remainder of (c+1188)
So for the division to be exact,
x+1188 = 0
c = - 1188
