Since E and F are the midpoints of their sides, we are talking about medians of a triangle.
The medians meet 2/3 of the way from the vertex to the side.
So,
AD/DF = 2
CD/DE = 2
AD x CD/DF x DE = AD/DF * CD/DE = 4
