What is the pH of 4.7 M CH3NH3Cl. mehyl-amine, CH3NH2, Kb = 4.4 × 10-4.
Do I find Ka first then take the -log(Ka) to find the pH of 4.7M CH3NH3Cl? or do I need to make I.C.E. table?

You need to do an ICE table. The reaction is
CH3NH2 + HOH ==> CH3NH3^+ + OH^-
CH3NH2 + HOH ==> CH3NH3^+ + OH^-
