speed of exiting water is :V = sqrt(2*g*H)
where g is gravity at 9.81 and H is height of water:
sqrt(2*9.81*7.9)=12.44m/s
where g is gravity at 9.81 and H is height of water:
sqrt(2*9.81*7.9)=12.44m/s
