sure it's possible
12*8999 = 107988
+ 80,000,000 = 80,107,988
80,107,988 - 3,000,000,000 = -2,919,892,012
I did it the good ol'fashioned pencil and paper way.
Most calculators do not go beyond 10 digits of display, so you would know how to use scientific notation. But you still would not get the entire sequence of digits

Yes, it's possible, but you'll have a negative number.
Try it yourself.

12 * 8999 = 12 * (9000 -1)
= 108,000 - 12
= 107,988
=1.07988 * 10^5
8*10^7
= 800 * 10^5
-3 * 10^9 = -30,000 *10^5
so what you have is:
(1.07988 + 800 - 30,000)*10^5
=-29198.92012 * 10^5
=-2,919,892,012
= 108,000 - 12
= 107,988
=1.07988 * 10^5
8*10^7
= 800 * 10^5
-3 * 10^9 = -30,000 *10^5
so what you have is:
(1.07988 + 800 - 30,000)*10^5
=-29198.92012 * 10^5
=-2,919,892,012
