(10t-640)/t^2 = 0
a fraction is zero if the numerator is zero. So,
10t-640=0
t = 64
Now, if you meant
10t - (640/t^2) = 0
then clear the fraction and we have
10t^3 - 640 = 0
t^3 = 64
t = 4
