A)(9/8)/(2/3) can be written as (9/8)*(3/2), by reversing the denominator you can multiply instead of dividing, much easier.
so(9*3)/(8*2)=27/16
B)take 1 and 2/3 and make it into a whole fraction. so 3/3+2/3=5/3
Do the same for 2 and 2/3 = 6/3+2/3=8/3
Then (27/16)/(8/3)=(27/16)*(3/8)=81/128
so(9*3)/(8*2)=27/16
