Sorry the caps lock was on. Can you help me with this pre calculus question. I'm not quite sure how to do this. Here are the instructions.
Find the area between each curve and the x-axis for the given interval:
y=2x^2+x+1 from x=3 to x=6

This looks like integral calculus, so why do they call it precalculus?
The area is the definite integral of the function y(x) from 3 to 6.
