If water temperature changes in favor of greater oxygen levels how do the population of the fish and wading bird population change in response to the new oxygen over time?
I would think the fish population would increase and so would the birds (because the fish increase) but I'm not sure I understand why.

why does the more oxygen mean more fish? And just because there is more fish, why does that mean there will be MORE birds? I get that the fish eat the birds, but how's that make more birds?
