in an album, the ratio of the number of local stamps to the number of foreign stamps was 7 : 4. When Lucy gave away 8 local stamps and 8 foreign stamps, there were 1.8 as many local stamps as foreign stamps in the album. find the total number of stamps Lucy had in the end.
