if a computer cost and electronics dealer $300 and she sell them for $800 what is her rate of Profit based on the selling price

800 - 300 = 500 profit

I am wondering what is included in that cost though. If that is what she paid the wholesaler for the computer it is reasonable because cost of her building and help and taxes etc do not seem to be included.
