y = (x-1)(x+2) / [ (x-4)(x+1)]
when x = +1 , y = 0
when x = -2 , y = 0
when x = 0 , y = -2/-4 = 1/2
vertical when x = 4 or x = -1
= x^2/x^2 --> 1 when x is big positive or big negative
