I know nothing about this science but do not understand why intensity would impact my triangulation to find the location.

Don't listen to Dave. Damon was right, the answer is D. I just took the test. I got this answer wrong thanks to Dave, but Damon is right. The answer is D, the intensity of the earthquake.
