We need to know its mass.
Rearth = 6.380*10^6 meters
Rorbit = 12.380*10^6 meters

gain in potential energy + kinetic energy
Potential:
+G M m/rearth - G M m/rorbit = gain in potential energy
Kinetic
G M m/rorbit^2 = m V^2/rorbit

V^2 = G M/rorbit
Ke = (1/2) m V^2
add potential and kinetic energy
