Note that each term is 1/4 the previous one.
Tn = (1/4)^n or 1/4^n
On the next, it's the same ratio, but T1 = 5/16
Tn = (5/4)*1/4^n
Tn = (1/4)^n or 1/4^n
On the next, it's the same ratio, but T1 = 5/16
