F - m g = m a
F = m(9.81+a)

A) F = 95(9.81+1.8) = 1.103*10^3 N

B) a = 0 so F = 95*9.81 = 932 N I get. Perhaps you are using 9.8 instead of 9.81 for g

C) F = 95(9.8 - 1.3) = 807 N
