it usually takes two steps,
1. "move" all terms except the y term to the right side
---> -y = -7x + 7
2. divide each term by the coefficient of the y term
---> divide by -1
y = 7x - 7
#2.
15x + 3y + 2 = 9x + 14
- try it using my 2-step method
