mass has nothing to do with this unless air resistance is a factor
v = -g t
h = H + Vi t - .5 g t^2
0 = 33.5 + 0 - 4.9 t^2
4.9 t^2 = 33.5
t = 2.61 seconds to fall
v = - 9.81 * 2.61 = -25.9 m/s
v = -g t
