it asks for
major and minor axis (i got 10 and 26)
x-intercept y-intercept ((5,0)(0,13))
foci (-12,0)
points of intersection with line y= 1-2x
graph
graph the equation of the ellipses after it is translated according to [(x,y) --> (x-3, y+1)]
