(3*((-5)+7))+((19-7/4)=9 yes or no

there are mis-matched brackets at the right of the expression, ignoring this type we get

= 3(2) + 19 - 1.75
= 23.25

if you want the answer to be 9, you would have brackets in this way:

(3*((-5)+7))+((19-7)/4)
= 3(2) + 12/4
= 6 + 3
= 9
