zero exponent is always 1: 5^0 = 1
negative exponents switch between top and bottom.
x^-4 = 1/x^4
1/x^-4 = x^4
4ab^0 = 4a(1) = 4a
5x^-4 = 5/x^4
3x^-2 / y = 3/(x^2 y)
negative exponents switch between top and bottom.
x^-4 = 1/x^4
1/x^-4 = x^4
4ab^0 = 4a(1) = 4a
5x^-4 = 5/x^4
3x^-2 / y = 3/(x^2 y)
