I really need help in Science. Right now in science we are doing renewable energy. For the assignment we have two choices, a house or car of the future, I decided to do a house. The question is, "How could renewable energy sources be used in a house?"
For the house you, heating and cooling; hot water and electricity. I was thinking wind or solar energy, but what kind of energy can you use for hot water, heating and cooling? Thanks.

*Correction* I was thinking wind or solar energy for electricity.

I'd use biomass.
I actually did this project, and I used solar energy for two of the house's needs.

How do all-electric houses work? Do some research to find out.
Such houses could be completely reliant on wind and/or solar energy, I believe, especially if they are situated in a sunny climate.
Other tutors will undoubtedly have ideas for you.

This project is kind of different. It is like a house that we might have in the future which uses a source of energy for EACH of the house's needs (hot water, heating/cooling, and electricity).
