my answer would be B but some how i might think its D, could someone help

The freezing point and the melting point are the same so D is correct.It's called the melting point if it is solid going to liquid at that T; it's called the freezing point if it is going from the liquid to the solid at that T.
Note that iron will NOT melt at 8- C. The melting point of Fe is a little more than 1500 C.
