Assuming the gas is ideal, we can use Boyle's law:
P1 * V1 = P2 * V2
where
P1 = initial pressure
P2 = final pressure
V1 = initial volume
V2 = final volume
Substituting,
(1.75 atm)(10.7 L) = P2 * 20 L
P2 = 1.75 * 10.7 / 20
P2 = 0.936 atm
