Surely you have not typed the problem correctly. You can't get a 1.00 M solution starting with 0.1 M KMnO4. Surely you mean you want 1.00E-3, 2.00E-3, 3.00E-3 etc/
Into the first one pipet 1.00 mL, 2.00 mL into the second. 5.00 mL into the third, 10.00 mL into the last one. Make to the mark on the flask. Calculate the first one.
Thats 1.00 mL x 0.1 M = 100 mL x ?M
?M = 1.00 x 0.1 M/100 = 0.001 M
For the last one that is
10 mL x 0.1 M = 100 mL x ?M
?M = 0.1 M x 10/100 = 0.001 x 10 = 0.01M
