when raising powers to powers, just multiply the exponents. That is because
(3^4)^3 = (3^4)(3^4)(3^4) = 3^(4*3)
So, you have
(y^-5)^-10 = y^50
now multiply that by y^10
1.(y^-5)^-10y^10
A) y^-60
B) y^60
C) y^-150
D) y^150
Can anyone help please? I have tried solving it, but it's mind boggling.
