#2B is also correct, but not S.N.
#3 is 0.593 x 10^4
But, to make it S.N., you need to have
5.93 x 10^3
#4 5.2 x 10^8 / 25 = 0.208 x 10^8
That is 2.08x10^7
Looks like you need some serious review on how to move the decimal point and change the exponents to end up with S.N.
