It said that number 1 was wrong that the answer is Hispanic.
Take a look at the Demographics section again, which reflects the US Census. I misread this question, in that it's asking about ethnic group, not racial group. So, yes -- Hispanic is right. If you notice, "Hispanic" is not among the racial categories in that section of the article.
