Now we are going to divide the exponents 10^-5 and 10^-6. So we are going to leave 10 the same and “divide” the exponents. When you divide exponents you really are subtracting them and when you are multiplying exponents you are adding them. So -5 - (-6) and that equals to 10^1. So 0.3 x 10^1 = 3
