1. I think you mean, "What are the animals in Canada with the largest populations?" One answer can be this: "There are several types of big cats, as well as wolves and foxes, that make up much of Canada's wildlife population."

2. "Stick food" or "food sticks" -- these are not common terms I've heard in the US. I've heard things phrased differently, but not in those terms. "Food on a stick" is the term I've heard, but then there are also corn dogs, kabobs, and others.
