1. The x-intercept coordinates are (x1,y1) = (-3,0).
The y-intercept coordinates are

The slope is
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

2. After you have solved for m, write the equation on the form
y = m x + b
You can use that equation with either (x1,y1) or (x2,y2) to figure out what b is.
