Does #1 mean #3? Can we use 'one' instead of 'it' as in Sentence 2?
Can we use #4 instead of #3? You could see the difference in tense.

Be sure to correct the word "family" in each sentence.

Yes, 1 means 3; it also means the same as 4. Yes, I see the differences in tenses, but 3 and 4 still mean the same thing. Sentence 4 is just a bit more casual, though.

Using "one" instead of "it" (sentence 2) doesn't work, though.
1. My mom made pizza. My family liked it.

2. My mom made pizza. My family liked one.

3. My mom made pizza. My family liked the pizza which my mom had made.

4. My mom made pizza. My family liked the pizza which my mom made.
1, 3, and 4 are fine.

2 is not.
