3 is not quite right; you need to delete "yet" -- it doesn't make sense with "don't." 4 is fine.
1. I don't cook yet.
2. I haven't cooked yet.
3. I don't read Harry Potter yet.
4. I haven't read Harry Potter yet.
(If both #1 and #2 are correct, Aren't both #3 and #4 correct?)
