Both are correct and mean the same. However, # 1 is more common.
The phrase "to the party" tells where so it must modify the verb, "wear."
1. I am looking for a dress to wear to the party.
2. I am looking for a dress which I will wear to the party.
(Are both the same? What does 'to the party' modify? Is it 'dress'?)
