Visualize: draw a line, label it from 0 to 1 and mark it into 16 equal parts
(cut it in half, then each half into halves, etc )
Now you want to look at 3/4, which would be 12 of those 1/16 th parts
Count them
#3, 4 eighths = 4/8 = 1/2
