What about the word order of 'no more'?
#1,2,and 3 seem to be correct. What about #4? Can we put 'no more' at the end of a sentence?

2 is incomplete and doesn't make sense.

3 will be OK if you move "no more" to the end of the sentence.

2. He can run fast no more.
3. He is a baby no more.
4. He runs fast no more.

Better:

1. He doesn't run fast anymore.
