It would help us be able to read your questions if you hit the Enter key after each line ... like this:

1.He gets killed
2. I will get it done
3 gas gets over.
could i know the grammatical aspect here ? I mean get/gets followed by a participle .what form of a sentence construction etc

It would be better if you avoid using the verb "get" whenever you can and use a better verb.

1. He has been killed.

2. I will do the job.

3. Gas is over $3.00 a gallon.

There are many possibilities, depending on the context of the sentence. Read through some of these so you can begin to sort out the differences:
http://www.google.com/search?q=use+of+the+verb+get+in+english&oq=use+of+the+verb+get&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l2.8363j0j4&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

Overall, my suggestion still is that you work hard NOT to use any form of the verb "get" unless there's no other way to say what you mean.
