1)Nomads are highly mobile people who moved from place to place searching the agricultural revolution.Permanent settlement is a type of life that made it impossible for these people to live.
For the second one i don't really understand the question and it is a half part of a question The first part of it was, What were their accomplishments? and the answer is pretty long so i can't actually write it here!

You need to write about WHY they felt the need to move around so often.

The concerns of those three seem to revolve around religion, but keep in mind that the "high priest" in those days was almost always the king also.
