I'd say that developing problem-solving skills is "emergent creative" because the teacher and students have to do some creative thinking.
I'd also say that anything with close-ended questions is simply "conventional" -- open-ended questions (no particular right answer; requires more than yes, no, or a specific word or phrase for an answer) are the ones that require some creativity.
